Apie grupę:
Postmodernus nemodernios muzikos ansamblis iš Vilniaus. 8 charizmatiškų muzikantų kolektyvas savo energija vos telpantis net ant didžiausios scenos. Orkestro muzika taip pat sunkiai įstatoma į rėmus: nuo dark post-punk iki kabaré, ekstravagantiškas įvaizdis, originalūs prasmingi dainų tekstai ir eklektiška estetika. Kiekvienas LDO koncertas – „joy as an act of resistance“ manifestacija. Žmonės kalba, jog ši grupė – Lietuvos estrados pasididžiavimas.
📎 Grupės kūryboje dera darkwave, kabaretas, punk, balkanų motyvai, estrados atgarsiai, avangardas, elektronika ir net sovietinių dainų dekonstrukcijos. Visa tai lydima sarkazmo, ironijos ir ryškaus teatrališkumo. Jų koncertai – tai ne tik muzika, bet ir performansas.

A postmodern ensemble of unmodern music from Vilnius. Eight charismatic musicians whose energy barely fits even on the biggest stage. Their music resists categorization – from dark post-punk to cabaret. LDO brings extravagant visuals, meaningful lyrics, and eclectic aesthetics. Every concert is a “joy as an act of resistance” manifesto. People say this group is the pride of Lithuanian estrada.
